roof tile seaer, roof paint
Clean, Repair and Seal.
We go the extra mile, take a look at what you get when you clean and seal your roof with our 10 point program.  Reduces roof surface temperatures thereby prolonging roof life and reducing interior temperatures and energy costs.

Clean:
STEP ONE:  Clean roof with low pressure, high water volume tile roof surface cleaners. These cleaners remove dirt and debris from the roof without doing damage to the tile or shingles. This along with a mild detergent designed to clean without killing plants or grass will clean and remove any mold, algae, dirt and debris.

STEP TWO:  Clean under all valley tiles to remove decomposing leaves and pine needles. Clogged up valleys are the leading reason for tile roof leaks, these clogs cause water to flow out across your roof and under your tiles until they rust out fasteners and rot your batten strips that hold tile roofs in place.

STEP THREE:  Clean debris out of all gutters and down spouts. Clogged gutters will allow water to back up and rot out roof decking, soffit and fascia boards if left over a period of time.

STEP FOUR: Rinse off exterior of home to remove dirt and debree.

STEP FIVE: Rinse off driveways, patios and sidewalks.

Repair: Normal wear and tear, might as well take care of it while we are up there
STEP SIX: Remove and replace any broken tiles that may cause leaking in the future. Any tile edges that are chipped we will glue into place. We can remortor corners chipped at the customers request to improve aesthetics.

STEP SEVEN:  We check all ridge caps to be sure they are still secure and in place, we will fix any loose caps.  All mortar on roof will also be inspected and can be retucked at customer request.

STEP EIGHT:  Check and seal all skylights, chimney, pipe stack and counter flashing on the roof. All flashings are inspected for rodent damage and will be repaired if needed. We will notify you of any rodent activity on the roof.

Coat:  Preserve and protect the look of your roof.
STEP NINE:  Color coat all metal vents, flashing and pipe stacks on the roof to match the color of the roof, vents and flashings should blend with the roof and not be seen. We will also recolor any faded or discolored mortar on the roof so you have a uniform look.

STEP TEN:  Renew Factory clear coat and seal tiles and or shingles. When your roof was new it had a layer of 100% clear acrylic sealer on it to protect the color and prevent mold and algae build up. If this sealer isn't renewed the color of the roof will fade and mold and algae will build up on the roof because it becomes very porous. Once sealed the mold and algae inhibitor will keep it clean and give the roof that nice and new shine and sheen.

We hear stories weekly of other companies or individuals that have done damage to homeowners roofs and landscaping. Dead bushes and broken tiles are the sign of an unlicensed roofer, if they aren't a licensed roofer they don't have insurance to be on your roof! Try to get insurance on your car if you don't have a drivers license, don't have your home damaged by an unlicensed individual. By law a Licensed state roofer must post their license number in all advertisements and company stationary, so if you don't see it they aren't licensed.
Ask for their CCC number, ours is CCC 1326693
